About the Position
YK Innosoft is looking to expand its sales team. We are currently hiring for a Sales Head who can work independently and successfully bring in new clients on a monthly basis. Candidates must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, running demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal and technical skills. This role is a customer-facing position, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working at executive levels.
Primary responsibilities
- Pitch products and solutions
- Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses
- Satisfy technical needs during sales cycle
- Articulate competitive positioning
- Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems
- Follow up with leads aggressively
- Solicit feedback on products and services
- Organizing sales visits
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Develop presentations
- Create and assess a business marketing strategy
- Develop competitive pricing strategies
- Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction
- Create collateral to distribute during presentations
Requirements
- A proven sales hunter and with good experience achieve results working independently
- Prior experience in Banking Products like CBS-Core Banking Solution sales is an added advantage
- 2+ years’ experience in closing SaaS or technology sales
- Strong preference for B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of sales excellence
- Superior professional presence and business acumen
- MBA degree from a reputed college
